Christmas Delivery Period:
Full price purchases made on or after the 1st December will have extended returns up until Wednesday 8th January.*Please note, this excludes all sale purchases. These will follow our normal returns period of 14 days upon receipt.
Royal Mail Standard Delivery - £4.50
UK Standard Delivery is expected within 2-3 working days.

Royal Mail 24 Hour Delivery - £5.95
Order by 3pm on weekdays for same day dispatch.
All orders placed after 3pm will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
Please note, Royal Mail do not guarantee Next-Day service, but aim to deliver your order within 1 working day from when they collect it from our fulfilment warehouse.
*All orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be processed and dispatched the following working day.
Due to the recent introduction of new GPSR regulations we are temporarily restricted with deliveries to the EU and Northern Ireland. Our service to these regions is currently on hold whilst we navigate the new legislation. We anticipate this to be a temporary issue and please rest assured that we are doing everything possible to quickly resume service to these important regions.
DHL International Delivery - £35
DHL International Delivery is expected within 3-8 working days. Complete tracking with DHL. DHL will email / text your delivery window one day prior to delivery.
If your order value is above £190 (excluding postage) - you will not incur import taxes and charges. If your order value is below £190 (excluding postage), you will incur import taxes and duties, upon receiving your item.

Returns

If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order with the returns form enclosed. All items must be unused, new and in the original packaging, with all Kate Barton tags attached. Please note, we cannot accept returns if the piece is marked in any way (make-up stains are a common culprit). These sadly make the garment unsellable and in an effort to reduce waste, we are unable to accept these items. We hope you understand our position on this.
Once we have received your return (and the item has been sent back in line with the Kate Barton returns policy), we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned items.
Please note: refunds can take up to 21 days to be received from the date of posting your return, which includes bank processing times.
Please note: the shipping fees and certain duties & taxes are non-refundable.
We appreciate that online shopping in itself requires delivery which has an impact on the environment. In an effort to negate some of this impact, we look to encourage conscious returns by charging a small fee for returns. Our feeling is that a free returns service fails to make some customers stop and think about the environmental cost of returned items. We charge £2.50 for all domestic UK and Northern Ireland returns. This is the cost we incur for each return and this cost is simply passed on.Once your return has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email.
Please note: items included in our sale are subject to further reductions. We are unable to reimburse the difference in the sale price. In order to make the most of the discount, please return the full price item for a refund and repurchase the item at the sale price.

They make it simple and easy to return your purchase.
Royal Mail can now collect your parcel right from your doorstep, making the process even more convenient. If you would like to return your order, please simply follow the steps below:
1) Complete the returns form enclosed with your order indicating the item/s you are returning. Place the completed form inside your package. If you are returning items from two orders in one parcel, please make sure the paperwork for each order is enclosed, stating which items are being returned from each order.
2) Attach the Royal Mail returns label (which can be found in your delivery parcel) visibly on to the front of the package (be sure to remove any previous address information).
3) Take your parcel to your local Post Office or you can now arrange a free collection from your home address by visiting https://send.royalmail.com/collect/youritems.
You will need your order number (no letters) to book your collection.
If you return your parcel via the post office, please obtain a free proof of postage receipt*.
*Please ensure you keep any Proof of Postage safe until we have confirmed your refund has been processed, as the items remain the customers property until they are received by Kate Barton. Once your return has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email.

Currently all international returns are to be organised and paid for by the customer with your local courier service to send back to our warehouse.
We are currently working on a more streamlined approach to International returns and look forward to introducing this soon.

Returns received outside of the 14 day time period may be accepted by Kate Barton at their discretion, may be returned back to the customer or refunded as online credit.
We are unable to cancel your order once payment has been confirmed - in this instance, we request that you return your order using the instructions above.

We are able to provide a full refund or complimentary mending service for any items purchased within a period of 6 months that are deemed to be faulty by Kate Barton.
We conduct a thorough inspection of all our garments before shipping, making sure they are of the highest possible standard.
If you have received a product that has a manufacturing fault, please contact us right away. We'll be more than happy to help and find you a replacement.
Examples of wear and tear are item(s) that are returned marked, stained or with any snags, perfume smell, incorrect washing etc).
We do not offer exchanges. Please return your order for a refund and re-order the item(s) you would like.
